You couldn't ask for better people to work with. Once you get to know everyone, you will find there is alot to respect and enjoy working with their team. I was part of their team for almost 11 years and it was a foundational part of my life. If you work hard, and are teachable, then they will be good to you and there is so much you can lean. They practice a very high standard of medicine, and care for their patients as if they were their own. When you work for them you can feel good knowing you are part of a team that works hard and makes a positive impact on people's lives.

This job will not suit everyone. You can't be afraid of a hard day's work and humility and teachability are key . It helps to know going in, that medicine can be stressful. There will be hard days. But with the right perspective, the challenges will strengthen you and inspire growth.
