Great entry level job. Able to grow quickly in the company and learn a lot of the granite business.

Management and owner have two different visons for company direction which leads to a lot of confusion.

This has to be one of the most challenging workplaces I've ever experienced. Despite the constant turnover, there's no sign of improvement in organization. They push you beyond your limits and expect tasks outside your job description. Frankly, I doubt this company's longevity. Its mismanagement ruins the work-life balance for employees, leading to inevitable departures. Anyone still here is likely job hunting, unable to endure this toxic atmosphere. Benefits? Good luck trying to get them.
