Difficult to move up in the company

the coworkers are awesome, everyone is relaxed and fun. Free coffee, as much as you want, and great food.

opening shifts start at 6am, people don't tip well at all, and often your section can get crowded with "campers" who come in with their laptops and sit there for 4 hours, taking up space and drinking a single cup of coffee you have to keep refilling to then only get a $1 tip out of their $2 coffee tab. and that's if they are decent, because some people still only tip 20% of their $2 tab.
