Pros

There are some talented Consultants with the misfortune of working at this location.

Cons

Karen Moree is not a leader and used intimidation and threats, along with several other "leaders." There are some great people here in the organization. However, the failure of the leadership makes for a poor working experience. There is an extreme amount of favoritism and nepotism. You can get away with violating the law as long as you're in the leadership's good favor. They will exploit and overwork their Consultants to the point of exhuastion, then claim you're not working. You will produce the work they ask for and then pretend like you never delivered it. They prey on H1BI. And despite how hard you work, people won't believe anything you say, even if a client blatantly lies and several people who work with the client indicate that an employee at the client's location is lying. Unless you're Causcasian because then you need to be given the benefit of the doubt.

Pros

Success occurs when opportunity meets preparation. At AustinCSI, this equation rings true. There are countless opportunities to grow within this company. Your only limits are your imagination, your work-ethic, and your hubris. People that show up and take the extra effort to build relationships see positive returns. I don't know a single person that shows up at HQ that would say there is no opportunity for advancement. Or that nobody in the company really cares about them. Or that favorites are constantly being chosen. Then again, I don't know many people that take that time to show up. Like anything else in life, if you want to get ahead you must at the very least show up. If you want extra consideration, extra opportunities, extra pay, put in extra effort. If your coworkers leave at 5, stay until 6. If someone emails you on the weekend, respond every so often. Think of an original idea and execute it and then show up with the results. Find a way to do your job better than anybody else, and then tell your leader you have extra time to help with things as a result. Show some initiative. Say thanks. Say please. It's very simple.

Cons

Besides reading all of the whining people here I can't think of anything.
