The academic staff that I worked with in the business school were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The working environment in terms of offices and support was good.

The administrative elements of the University, from HR up to the Vice-Chancellor, are appalling. Hard work to build the business school by its academic members has been undermined by extremely poor decisions and support from these administrative elements that are focused more on the religious aspect of the institution than its function as a university in the 21st century.

Complex Org structure like any other university

Only if you end up under a bad PM. If not. it's a great place.
