Pros
Hard to have pro's when you are doing emotionally draining work, for next to nothing, with a severe lack of good leadership.
Cons
Pay is very low. Even though the job requires you to manage people detoxing, dispensing meds, documenting, walking back and forth to the other houses, taking them to meetings, doing morning and evening meditations AND then doing the massive amount of chores daily. The management in my opinion plays favorites. And the favorites are HORRIBLE leaders, rude as hell and don't take the time to help you learn and grow, but will be the first people to complain about you if you make a mistake. I thought ARC was different, a company that cares, but it's not. The management makes 6 figures yet you are making next to minimum wage. They also seem to favor non people of color, and that was clear to me on several occasions. When I was there, many ppl quit and before you choose to work there? REALLY think about why employee turn over is so high?
