Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your review and feedback! With regard to annual raises, we definitely fell behind on our annual performance evaluations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but have now caught up. In terms of unfairly using sick or vacation hours, our goal is always to be fair to all of our employees. We have standard procedures for paid time off and sick leave and follow these procedures with all of our employees.
