Pros
Amazing kids and families, some great co-workers
Cons
This is a work place under immense strain. Therapists are required to use clinical decision making beyond their training level, and deal with extreme pressure due to repetitive staff turnover and limited support from superiors. Huge child safety concerns - many therapists are not appropriate to work with neurodivergent or high needs children. Children are often put in dangerous situations and staff reports to management about this are often ignored. My child safety concerns regarding a staff member were not reported to authorities, and I had to report this staff member myself externally due to lack of employer action. I experienced longterm burn-out and trauma due to this job. DO NOT WORK THERE.
