Pros

Literally there are none. Everything is bad.

Cons

-Leadership is bad -Pay is low -Training is inconsistent -Benefits are expensive and don't cover much -The company does huge layoffs out of nowhere (375 people two weeks before Christmas!) -Commission is often up in the air, sometimes they pay it and sometimes they just don't. Even when they don't pay commission, they still expect CSR's to be salespeople for very low pay. -Sheisty company that is pulling a lot of dirty tricks top pad their numbers because they are looking to sell before they're bankrupt.

Pros

They'll hire and keep any and everybody regardless of reliability, properness, or severe drug use.

Cons

If you're in the shop the "installing" managers will rush you through the work, steal the jobs you're not working on and pin them as yours, and send you home early. If you're mobile you get more leeway. They obviously don't perform extensive background checks due to the sexual predators and drug abusers that work in management and as technicians.
