The people I worked with, benefits were good, but they should be, they are an ins company!
Cons
Everything else,management throws you under the bus & turns on you if they want you out, nags, and is inconsistent, not very knowledgeable if you need help, and gives you the run around. Very controlling. All are overweight and work-obsessed. Never satisfied with anything. Liars and very sketchy about everything. Worst company I have ever worked for! If you want to work at the "Twilight Zone," go there! Psychos! Recovery time from working here = going to take a bit. They seriously must have invested a great deal of $$$ in finding out how to control people and manipulate. Core Values? Nice Front!! The founder is probably rolling in his grave!!!!! A certain female MVP has a rep for being a "difficult person." From both employees & agencies & management. Had to quit.
