They took them all way with their cuts. No more demos, no more staff celebrations, no more competitive pay plans, and no more good people.
Cons
Terrible work hours. Lied about compensation and pay estimates. Horrendous head office team with little to know dealership experience that dictate to their stores like their royalty. Huge egos and silos between upper management and dealership operators.
