Fun environment, good staff to work with

no product expansion, and time management

The company has a potentially game changing product in molecular diagnostic testing. There are a lot of good people there doing there best to make it work. .

The whole place is run like a bad family business. There is rampant nepotism, which wouldn't be a problem if the people hired were competent, but that's rarely the case. Only obedient people rewarded. Differing opinions are not welcomed by upper management. Unfortunately, upper management will never admit the mistakes they have made and continue to make. Their fatal flaw is running the company as an instrument company when it should be run as a chip company. They can't wrap their heads around this fact.
