      Pros

      No overtime expectations, so you don't have to worry about bringing work home.

      Cons

      Very unorganized and high stress company. Everything is micromanaged and someone is always looking over your shoulder and yelling. Also they tend to be very biased and racist if you aren't Indian.

      No touch freight, good runs, cooperative people, nice place to work, new equipment, okay pay

      Talk a good game to get you on board as a driver.

      Cons

      Once hired dispatch is the worst !! Do you like to be forced to drive over hours ? Even the Local management, Terminal Mgr., So called "Safety Dept" will call you to drive illegally. Constantly waking you up when your trying to sleep to change your dispatch, I signed on as a driver with three other drivers, we all left at the same time, after about 3 weeks there. Do not be fooled.....you've been warned !!
