      Pros

      The people I’ve worked with over the years are extremely talented humans. This is the only positive I can give to AAI.

      Cons

      For a company that creates bots to make work more human they sure do suck the life out of you. I’ve never felt like a robot for someone else’s success more than I do at this company. I’ve been at AAI for a while and the COVID layoffs were a better experience than the culture today. If you want to be a slave to your job, come work at AAI!

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
