Managing Director/Owner Ms Steinich is a nasty bully who has little understanding of how to run a company since she took over from her Father. She believes shouting and belittling employees in public is acceptable and most employees live in fear of her. If you disagree you are given a warning. Sales targets adjusted stupidly to prevent achievement and them paying the bonus. Over 30% of workforce have left since she started and hardly any have been replaced. No trust in employees and management not allowed to manage. A terrible shame because the product range is very good
