Pros
Great facility. Professional and clean. Co-workers are great people. Busy and potential for growth in volume of sales. Owners are top notch, have a great vision.
Cons
Lack of comminication. Internal management poor, no experience in managing people. Departments are not separated with managers fpr each department. Internal management has no experience in departments they have control over. Good ol boy, who you know still in place. This system is failing miserably in new, larger corporation. Need to expand amd release individial departments to be led by experoenced, qualified management.
