- Good benefits, smart people - Culture may vary depending on who you work with and what team/function you join
Cons
- Lack of transparency - Lots of changes driven from top-down (in many cases, non-sensical since it was what execs thought about in closed door sessions vs. having a taskforce that included a wider audience's opinion) - Increasing bureaucracy - Management is less focused on solving actual problems, more focused on maintaining appearances - Less focus on doing actual work, more focus on doing performative work - Detrimentally hyper-focused on Ford creating the dreaded lopsided OEM-vendor relationship - Priorities are strongly driven by overreactive customers, stakeholders, managers. Less emphasis on empowerment
