Pros
Good compensation, and good working environment among colleagues. The push towards innovative idea and forward thinking was great, it enhanced my creativity and out of box thinking. Very strong group of professionals
Cons
Too many things put under discussions after losses, this created an atmosphere of tension and lack of creativity. Communication between traders and economists was not always effective
