      Long standing automotive retail software. Decent reputation for customer service in the industry. Investing in new software to save future.

      Cons

      Keeping good managers for more than a year or two. High School level drama throughout. CEO blame game and fear of success. Lack of a consistent plan, high investment risk/cost, losing clients and resources.
