Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, though I’ll be direct in saying that I respectfully disagree with how you’ve characterized Autosoft and our leadership. We are in the middle of a transformation journey, and while change is never easy, it is necessary. We’ve been investing heavily in our people, our technology, and our customer experience to strengthen Autosoft for the long term. That strategy is real, and it is already making a positive impact across departments. What concerns me most about your review isn’t the critique itself, it’s the mindset behind it. Morale and culture are built by all of us, every day. Leadership sets the vision, but each team member has the choice to either lean in and contribute to progress or to dwell in negativity that holds everyone back. If you truly feel there’s “nothing positive” about being here, then I’d encourage you to ask yourself whether Autosoft is the right place for you. Our team deserves colleagues who lift them up, support each other, and share in the commitment to make Autosoft great. I’m proud of where we’re going, and I know that with the right people focused on solutions rather than cynicism, we will continue to thrive. Employee morale starts with me, with you, with all of us.
