Pros

Very well designed business model. Real climate impact. Great team members, very collaborative and inspiring. Everyone is super professional and willing to help. Great culture with no politics or BS.

Cons

The high performance team is demanding. Working in a fast paced environment is not for everyone, you cannot slack or hide. If you are looking for a place to relax, do your minimum to get your paycheck, this is not the best place for you.

Pros

Generally a lot of freedom to create process and run the team how I saw fit

Cons

Not getting paid on time. Waiting up to two weeks for paychecks due. Constantly being asked to do work outside of my scope without consideration of increasing pay. Unwilling to change or improve product despite clear evidence of issues with customer experience Fleet in terrible condition causing tons of customer complaints and increasing churn, making it impossible to hit utilization targets. No company meetings ever, and never provided any insights into financial health
