The company is home to some highly collaborative individuals who prioritize team growth and client satisfaction over personal agendas. Certain departments demonstrate strong leadership and strategic guidance, fostering a robust and efficient work environment. However, other departments aren't run this way and lack strong leadership or strategic direction (ex. marketing and content). The overall culture emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, creating an environment conducive to learning and growth, but in a fast growing organization, this can sometimes be challenging.

Cons

In certain internal service teams, such as the marketing and content department, there appears to be a gap in experienced and proficient leadership. This gap has resulted in challenges within the work environment. Despite efforts to introduce new perspectives by bringing in seasoned professionals from outside, the integration of fresh ideas encountered resistance. Notably, some leaders within this department lack extensive experience in marketing and content compared to the rest of the team. This shortfall in relevant expertise seems to have contributed to a reluctance to embrace innovation or update skills, thus impeding progress. Decision-making often seemed influenced more by personal preferences rather than data-driven strategies or industry best practices.
