      some good people to work with

      - bait and switch on agreed salary at the last minute -I wasn't paid for 2 months and then was fired and it was played off as a miscommunication between the CEO and CRO ( put me in a bad cycle) -I had to tell other professionals that they were not selected for the job myself after I recommended them for the role. - CEO once talked down on a candidate for crying in the interview and thought it was weak

      Pros

      Amazing company. Interview process was fantastic and provided a great feel for the company culture. Everyone was welcoming and fully supports one another + offers help and insight. Communication has been great and everyone really values community with one another.

      Cons

      None, if you're self motivated and an independent worker you will thrive.
