      None! Just none. Trust me

      Cons

      You are expected to work extremely long hours, often far beyond a normal workday, with no respect for personal time. Management creates a culture of pressure and fear instead of support. Communication is aggressive and unprofessional. Leadership quality is low. Decisions feel arbitrary and disconnected from reality. HR does not support employees and ignores serious concerns. Company reputation does not match the actual employee experience.

      Pros

      The selection process was pleasant, clear and I was given an excellent explanation of the working conditions. I am very happy to be part of the company. I thank the human resources team for their support throughout the process

      Cons

      As with most companies in the financial sector, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding at times, especially during peak periods. Nothing unexpected for the industry.
