Competitive wage scale, flexible hours

Cons

No union, management does not listen to employees' concerns, forced to work an hour a week unpaid due to time clock errors that benefit the company and will not be fixed, low CNA to resident ratio resulting in no breaks and working during lunch in order to remain an employee, cut bonuses against contract without warning and no union to represent us, understaffed per budgeted hours, budgeted hours result in being scheduled with 13+ residents which is against the law in many states
