The "Core Values" they have written are just words. Most employees do not stand by them. Upper management is absolutely disgusting in the way they conduct themselves. They step on anyone they can to get ahead and make a quick buck. The residents deserve people that care about their well being but the upper management couldn't care less. The most recent Executive Director I worked for was so under qualified and definitely should not be in charge of people's lives. I feel they deserve better than what Avamere provides at this time. Hopefully they can start correcting issues from the top down because they will fail at this rate. There is a reason Rick Miller is leaving. He understands the deep trouble this company is in and nothing will change until upper management is held accountable and learn how to conduct themselves as decent human beings. There is very little support for managers running departments and everything is based on favoritism instead of skill and knowledge. I hope the best for this company for the people they serve. I have already made a report with "speak up" hotline. Also wages are only 3% after a year. Reviews and wage increases are never done in a timely manner.
