VERY top-heavy. There are WAY too many people pulling down six figures whose jobs seem to boil down to vague hand-waving, being in meetings and pumping out PowerPoint decks for no real discernible purpose.
Also, even though they've been trying to pivot to a *aaS model, they have trouble breaking free of their consultant mindset. Everything at the company revolves around consultants. I had a position of consultant and then senior consultant, despite never having consulted a day in my life: this is just how they break down their salary levels (e.g., analyst, senior analyst, consultant, senior consultant, etc.), but it influences everything in the company, where everything is seen as a project and there's not a whole lot of organization around creating sustainable products.
