Pros
- Goals/objectives are very clear - Flexible working environment, max 2 days/week work from home - Logical thinking, most of the managers are from engineering background & very logical - Opportunities to work on emerging technologies especially Microsoft technologies
Cons
- Too much Manual/Paper works for HR, payment related processes - Back Office staffs including HR were not much help (probably few resources, too much work loads)
