Pros
If you are a go-getter, here is the place for you to work for. There's no 'you can't do this' or 'you were not hired to do that' attitude. It's all there up for grabs, and to develop you career they offer training all year around. As you will always be on the field it's an awesome place to get to know clients and work with people from another service line, increasing more and more your knowledge.
Cons
If you are happy doing only your normal desk job, that's is definitely not the place to work for. Only one review per year (Consultants and above).
