Cutting edge technologies, 80 hours mandated training annually, lots of training materials, good network of experts.
Cons
Risk averse. Good people often sent to the front lines to rescue "fires", while not-so-good ones enjoy time on the bench doing trainings and easy works. At the end of the day, the "exceed exceptional" receives only 2% more salary increase than those that "meet expectation" due to the salary guide and banding. It is important to get a lead who knows your performance well.
