Pros
Very stimulating work environment, and I've been given plenty of opportunity to grow my skillset. Given that all of the tech I've touched is widespread, documentation is quite easy to find if I encounter and issue I'm not familiar with. There are a ton of resources to keep learning.
Cons
There's the same cumbersome corporate processes that exist at any big company, but nothing that's a deal breaker. From time to time the workload can get hectic, but is mostly reasonable.
