You are able to skill up on microsoft technologies for free The organization has a lot of events for people to get involved in (almost like college clubs) You get rewarded for the effort you put in
Cons
You do not have a manager. You have a career advisor (almost like a mentor) that advocates for you for promos and merit. The downside of this is generally your career advisor is not on every project you are on so they dont see first hand what you are doing. You have to apply for positions within the company you are interested in and review. If this is something you are not up for this may not be the place for you.
