Pros
-Push to get certified in things that interest you to increase your value -Elite consulting firm without the snobby attitudes (aka, a lot of very smart AND humble people) -You can get involved in some pretty cool stuff
Cons
They are a pump and dump company in terms of hiring. They clearly see it as when business is good, hire hire hire, then when it goes bad due to their poor decisions, you simply lay a massive amount of people off. I remember when they announced their EXTREMLEY ambitious growth target for FY23 (while everyone else in the world knew a recession was coming) that this would be trouble. I was unfortunately correct. These layoffs could have been avoided, or at the minimum, not nearly as bad,
