Holiday allowance is legal minimum in Ireland. Yearly bonus is small, Salary adjustments are increasingly rare. Your career here is a roll of the dice as it's fully based on luck and what project you get assigned to. You might get lucky and get put on a long engagement which will get you promoted etc. But for most it's frustrating. If you don't get lucky, you will be on the bench with zero career advancement. Which can be tough mentally for employees. Plenty of good people, trapped on the bench just from bad luck and inefficiencies. At times it feels like you don't exist to the company. You can have little control over your career in this company, as decisions on your projects get made for you. Company structure is messy. You can essentially end up with several different bosses due to inefficiencies in the team structure. The leadership team are rarely in the office and make little to no effort to engage with less experienced people. Few opportunities to engage with upper management and learn from them. Not great socially for younger people as there are rarely people in the office. If you are younger this will not benefit your career as there are fewer chances for networking and building soft skills. If you are the person who gets motivated by working in a collaborative environment, then this place is not for you. The promotion process is complicated, frustrating, and most people in the company pretend like it's a genuine process put in front of a promotion panel, when really it's just one guy making the decision behind closed doors. This is unfair to employees, as they don't get a chance to fight their case with the decision maker.
