Pros
Culture is good enough for a mostly remote company. Company has recently laid off middle management, like everyone else has, so that's not great. Work life balance is great for some, bad for others, meaning staffing mechanism sucks. And those who have great work life balance because they aren't staffed as much don't have a leg to stand on come time for promotions. That said, better than other consulting firms.
Cons
Staffing mechanism for global teams where it's every man for himself. Remote work is hard sometimes but should be ok if you have an office to go into.
