The technology is superior and the reason I left the SEG world. Avanan's culture is awesome and everyone works together to get to the end result. Avanan listens to their customers and works hand in hand to make sure they are happy and their voices are heard. We're small and scrappy but making a huge impact and growing like crazy. The internal tools and processes are the best I've seen from any employer to date. Lastly, Marketing here is top notch.

Not many to mention, but anytime you have explosive growth like this it can be challenging at times. We could use more channel partners helping us sell and any VAR that evaluates the product loves it.

The tech carries the company

This company early on will promise much potential for growth with zero follow through even for top reps. The company is constantly changing in the way it works from territories to teams to compensation. As of this year they said it will take until May to determine the years compensation with zero indication of how much money you have made working the 4 months prior with the excuse of “it’s not our department”. If you are looking for a career company to spend multiple years at go elsewhere unless you enjoy complacency.
