Disclaimer: I dont have any personal grudge on Reena. I am writing this review after consulting many employees and I myself being an employee there. 1. Reena Gupta, she is the one who can make someone's life miserable so easily. 2. The irony is that she is the CEO of the company and she doesnt even know the basic team management. 3.She shouts, screams and threatens employees. 4. She neither respects the client and also shouts at the HR aswell, thats pathetic. 5. She is a monarch and she feels what she does is correct and doesnt even listen to employees explanation. 6. She doesnt have a plan in place for the development and vents out her frustration on the employees. 7. Her husband, Rajeev, he is the CTO, this is another joke. These people are busy fighting between themselves and have no time to listen to the concerns of employees. I have a lot more to add here, but time constraint... so couldnt!!!
