I was told that Avant was employee friendly, which I was skeptical of after many years of working somewhere wasn't. On my first day, I experienced just how true it was when I had an encounter with the president of the company, unaware that she was the president of the company; she was friendly, helpful, and approachable. I was shocked after my interaction with her when she introduced herself. I knew then that I was now working for the right company.
