Pros
If you work full time your shifts are consistent.
Cons
I worked with the company since they were located in a little basement, and honestly, the work environment was 10x better back then. They've renovated to a nice new upstairs, and management has felt all high and mighty ever since. If you're not an operator, you do whatever you want. Text, be late, not work, etc. If you're an operator, get ready to be physically yelled at to "dispatch and pa" by people who are sitting there at the supervisor desk doing nothing. High management has their fancy meetings and goes out for lunch whenever, while you go to your 30 minute lunch when you're told & don't even have a break room to eat in. This job is only decent if you're in management. If not, don't waste your time applying because they do not "CARE FIRST" if you're an employee.
