Pros
Great environment and culture. You get to talk to some awesome people around the country and help save lives. It is a call center, but a lot of it doesn't feel like a call center job.
Cons
You also talk to lots of rude, frustrated, angry, and scared people too. Since it is a call center, you do deal with talking to all kinds of people, sometimes in life-threatening situations. There is also a steep learning curve to understand the systems. One downside is that the best way to learn is by doing, so there are times when you are learning something for the first time in an emergency situation with someone.
