The two founders will also provide useful guidance, and they provided me the opportunities to present the results to clients directly. They value the opinions of interns as those of a full-time employee. They encourage you to take the initiative. I played video games with my supervisors during the Friday Company Hangout. Supervisors and other full-time employees are nice and supportive. We laughed a lot during the Friday Company Hangout.
Cons
The life at a start-up is fast-pacing and the company keeps the procedure adaptive. Some people will love it because they can make more contributions, but some people may not like such lifestyle.
