Pros
The whole company is set up to ensure everyone is successful. If you need help or have a question, you can reach out to anyone from other PM's to the owner Heath Hicks, and they will take the time to help. I worked there for one year, and had to leave due to back problems, but it was definitely one of the best jobs I have ever had.
Cons
It's hard work, long hours, and customers can be very difficult.
