7yYour feedback is important and serves as a valuable lesson. Although your comments are opposite to much of the favorable remarks we have received for our company, leadership, and culture, your feedback serves as a valuable reminder that an employee who works remotely or in one of our 19 different locations may have a different lens to what others see. While we do not agree on many of the topics you have reference, we respect your viewpoint and would appreciate the opportunity to help improve your situation. There are many channels you can take to do this, which include you reaching out to:
• your Site Ambassador who is a designated person at each office who works on cultivating our core values and a positive atmosphere;
• your manager about some of the concerns you have about the direction of the company. He or she may be able to share information you may not have received or missed that may clarify some items;
• succeed@avenuinsights.com where you can submit constructive questions/concerns for our CEO to answer before the next quarterly Town Hall meeting that we host for all employees.
• hr@avenuinsights.com where you can contact the HR team. Again, we may be able to share information you may not have received or missed that may clarify some items.
