Former Xerox employees fill this company bringing over-engineered processes, a preponderance of men, and new levels of frugality (i.e. we had a training budget to show clients but weren’t allowed to actually use it). No ability to relate to niche market as they’ve lost several key contracts on price. Any “new” initiatives are undoubtedly lip service.
