      Pros

      Small office. Time off relatively easy to take although minimal PTO is given.

      Cons

      The most unusual work environment I have ever encountered. CEO is insecure and unstable, regularly mistreating employees, sadly, particularly belittling vulnerable ones. When in a good mood, conditions improve, but this results in a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere, leading to "trauma bonding" among employees. Irresponsibly micromanages issues. Unfortunately, cannot recommend this workplace.

      Small, family atmosphere. The perfect place is you want to learn. Great Teamwork!

      Cons

      If you are looking for a place to do nothing and collect a paycheck, you will not find it at Avery. If you do not want to be part of a team, do not apply here.

      Pros

      I've been with Avery for just over 10 years. It's been a great company to work with. It's not a huge company, so there's definitely a personal touch. The actual product is also fantastic, so you also know you're doing something that's worthwhile and changing people's lives, no matter what your role in the process is.

      Cons

      Because it's not a huge company, there's nowhere to hide. Your performance, good or bad, does make a difference and gets noticed. For some, this is no problem. For others, that may create some challenges
