Cons

Overall, departmental and individual KPIs weren’t in place to keep us on track

Pros

Some decent people in the team

Cons

Terrible company. Staff treated appallingly. Communications poor to non existent. The worst experience I have had in my 30 year career. They have expanded to a level they can't cope with and the staff are suffering.

Pros

Some of the newer people are really nice and easy to get on with. Some marketing budgets are quite generous

Cons

- Not a digitally-first company (as much as they say they are) - Departments are silo-ed. There's no real involvement of other departments and it can be difficult to get the job done because of this - Offline/sales are favourited over people in the digital department (ridiculous when sales haven't hit their own KPIs in years and are in a declining market). - The leadership team should be gone. They aren't fufilling the brief and are horrible line managers - No movement or career opportunities available. Don't think you can get promoted or get decent money for the work you're doing (everyone I worked with was underpaid). - No work life balance except if you have kids. Only then are people allowed to not hit targets. - Management think a nice compliment once a quarter makes up for the fact people are overworked, underpaid and not supported (especially in meetings with other departments)
