      Free cake. Nice office. Handy location. The CEO made a point to know people's names which I found commendable.

      Cons

      HR department seemingly does not care or has no knowledge of the company's duty to disabled employees. Has a habit of firing employees with disabilities because of the effects of their disabilities. Age discrimination from senior management.

      They have free parking on site and colleagues are nice.

      Cons

      Poor culture of micromanagement. You'll have to pay back time if you go to the toilet or a couple minutes late due to traffic!
