As an employee at Aviconn for over 8+ years growing from Intern to Project Head ( Operations). I’ve seen what makes this company truly special when walking hand to hand with Aviconn. The work environment here is both collaborative and supportive. Aviconn puts a lot into employee's growth, offering many workshops and training sessions. The leadership team is open and clear. They share company goals regularly and encourage us to give feedback. Aviconn offers flexible work hours, making it easier to balance work and personal life. The compensation is fair, with good benefits and package that includes health insurance and performance bonuses. Overall, my time at Aviconn has been very rewarding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic and supportive place to work

Saturdays are working days; we should have at least every other Saturday off.

1.Treated like a bonded slaves or even worse. So unless you are robot stay away 2.They don't have proper cubicles. Sometimes, you have to bring your own chair. 3.You have to bring your tea or coffee as they can't afford tea or coffee. 4.They don't give certificate or experience letter. You could have to work for 3 to 4 5.months for your experience letter and there is less possibility of getting relieving letter. 6.Salary never comes on time as they delay it by a month also 7.They harass their employees with salary cuts and long working hours. 8.Freshers and Experienced guys should maintains distance from this company. 9.Performance bonus is never paid. 10. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company.
