Avid is a growing, thriving company with lots of work and very low turnover. Leadership truly cares about the employees and working hard to be the workplace where people want to work. Great pay and benefits for a small company with lots of perks from free snacks and meals, above and beyond incentives, and random gifts just to let employees know they are appreciated. Love working here!

Hiring but need more people. They're making progress in this area.

The culture and small company feel of Avid is great, and I really enjoyed the teams I was a part of. Very customer centric.

Organization and structure were not the best, leading to last minute changes. I've since discovered that they have a history of hiring on too many workers when things are good and aren't afraid to lay off a large part of the work force when things slow down. High turnover currently.
