Pros
- The informal environment is a positive point. - Very tight team that work together as a unit. - Projects were all real life products so you can have an impact from day 1. - Possibility of travel do Sweden exists and it is a very good opportunity.
Cons
Lack of people management is a pain for the employees. The company is run by the two owners, they take the tech lead and administrator roles, this is not bad, but it means there will be less space for "making your own mistakes" as they will be directed involved in everything that happens.
